Rockford Profile Guide Rails provide accurate, stable, and smooth linear guidance under a wide range of speeds, loads, conditions and space requirements. Our Profile Linear Guide Rails are available in multiple sizes and lengths, and our Linear Bearing Blocks are available with or without a flange and in standard or low profile height. All of the linear bearing blocks use a universal profile guide rail and both sides of the guide rail are ground as datum references. Four Way Equal Loading Rockford Profile Linear Bearing Blocks blocks have four raceways, each having a 45° contact angle. This allows equal loading in all directions; pressing, lifting & transverse. High Rigidity & Self Alignment The Double Face (DF) configuration and circular arc raceways of the linear bearing block offer high rigidity while maintaining self-alignment. Universal Rail Both standard (RPGH) and low-height (RPGS) linear bearing blocks use a common profile guide rail. Both sides of the profile guide rail are ground as datum references. Enhanced Features Are Standard End seals are a standard feature on each linear bearing block; most sizes also have a long-life lubrication reservoir, a metal seal retention frame and side seals. Since interchangeability specification tolerances are tightly held, when using multiple parallel profile linear guide rails simply order multiple assemblies. Rockford Profile Linear Bearing Blocks:

Rockford Linear Motion carries both a Standard Profile (RPGH) and Low-Profile (RPGS) style linear bearing block. Linear bearing blocks are available in a variety of accuracies, preloads and length. There are also numerous accessory options for each linear bearing block. The Rockford Profile Linear Guide Series can be interchanged with most competitors' products.

Universal Rails:

Rockford Linear Motion's unique profile guide rail design allows both the Standard Profile (RPGH) and Low-Profile (RPGS) series of linear bearing blocks to be installed on a common profile linear guide rail. Therefore customers using both standard and low-height systems will only need to stock one type of guide rail. Rockford Profile Linear Guide Rails also have datum location reference surfaces ground on both sides, which permit universal mounting of linear guidance systems.
